REGISTRATION

Any South African and group of individuals are eligible to register their own companies or Co-operatives. The Department of Trade and Industry Unit called Companies Intellectually (CIPC) has made the process very smooth and less tedious over recent years. Registering a company or Co-operative takes less than 14 working days, upon registration each entity is automatically registered with SARS for income tax.

Compulsory Required Documentation

Certified ID copies of members
Recent proof of physical address
Postal address
List of preferred names (3 minimum)

AMENDMENTS

It often happens some members decides to leave a company due to various reasons or unfortunately passes on, the remaining directors/members have the responsibility to keep records updated.
The need for amendments becomes inevitable therefore once that need has emerged Sanku Consulting provides professional assistance to add or remove unwanted members on the founding statements. In order to avoid any unnecessary litigation we always advise clients to have a meeting and resolution to effect changes plus affidavit commissioned by a Commissioner of Oaths.
