
Any South African and group of individuals are eligible to register their own companies or Co-operatives. The Department of Trade and Industry Unit called Companies Intellectually (CIPC) has made the process very smooth and less tedious over recent years. Registering a company or Co-operative takes less than 14 working days, upon registration each entity is automatically registered with SARS for income tax.

- Recent proof of physical address
- Postal address
- List of preferred names (3 minimum)
AMENDMENTS
It often happens some members decides to leave a company due to various reasons or unfortunately passes on, the remaining directors/members have the responsibility to keep records updated.
